1. Advance Level Tennis MeetUp

Join us for a Monday night Hills run. We will meet at Healy's Tavern at 630PM. The route will be a 5-6 miles run, hitting between 280ft - 350ft elevation through some hills in Jersey City Heights (https://www.strava.com/routes/3017817320359807560). Most runners will range between 9:30 and 10:30 pace going up the hills. We will regroup at the end of each hills.

This run is designed specifically for runners who are at paces 10min/mile and up. Run/walkers are also encouraged to join. We do a gently-paced one mile loop, usually two or three times. If you are nervous about attending a group run, this event is a great place to start!

Then we do the track workout, and finish with 15 minutes of stretching.

This will be a flat (easy) hike of approximately 9 miles. We will head south on the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway, crossing into Jersey City taking in the magnificent views of lower Manhattan and ending at the Colgate Clock. Next we will proceed to Liberty State Park visiting the Central Railroad of New Jersey historic terminal and walking past Ellis Island and eventually past Liberty Island.
