Join us for a Monday night Hills run. We will meet at Healy's Tavern at 630PM. The route will be a 5-6 miles run, hitting between 280ft - 350ft elevation through some hills in Jersey City Heights .(https://www.strava.com/routes/3017817320359807560).
It is suggested that wearing reflective clothing/ a headlamp if you have one is good practice as it gets pretty dark by 630PM. We will be changing up the route to keep it interesting! Most runners will range between 9:30 and 10:30 pace going up the hills. We will regroup at the end of each hills.
