Meet at 7:00PM, X-road of Reservoir Ave and Central Ave. Near the Pershing Field Children's play area. It is a Leisure run, no runners shall be left behind. General pace is 9-10:30min pace per mile. Mileage, route, and pace are all flexible, but our usual route is 5.25 miles. It is suggested that wearing reflective clothing/ a headlamp if you have one is good practice.

This is a friendly, outdoor badminton meetup. All skill levels are welcome. Games will be held at Lyndhurst park. It's a large public area, we can play freely. Wednesday nights are shorter, and if you're a new paddler, this will be a tricky session for a proper introduction to kayak polo.
