About Your Instructor

Alyssa is deeply passionate about athletics, movement, and mindfulness. She received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification at YogaRenew in Hoboken under the guidance of Patrick Franco and Kate Lombardo in 2023. Alyssa's classes offer a dynamic vinyasa flow, blending energy, strength, functional mobility, and relaxation, accompanied by uplifting tunes. Structured to culminate in a "peak pose," each class leaves you with a sense of progress and growth in your practice. Through synchronized movement and breath, Alyssa's classes challenge you to be fully present, fostering a sense of connection, belonging, and community. She delights in sharing the practice of yoga and encourages her students to push their boundaries while respecting their individual needs.
