On 03/13/2023 at 12:07 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Park Plaza Drive and Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of an individual at that location who was reported to be involved in a shoplifting incident at Walmart. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Keith Avery of Manhattan, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin and Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Avery was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Avery was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/13/2023 at 1:14 PM, in an ongoing effort to combat vice related crimes within the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Department Anti-Crime Unit arrested a 32-year-old male, Kristina Kohn of Atlanta, GA for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Mr. Kohn was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/13/2023 at 10:46 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Meadowlands Parkway and the ramp to Route 3 East on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29-year-old female, Alejandra Romero of Maspeth, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Romero was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 03/15/2023 at 5:06 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Wilfredo Sanabria of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Sanabria was issued 2 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 03/16/2023 at 4:06 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Rayvaughn Toney-El of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rahway, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $500.00. The Newark Police Department did release Mr. Toney-El on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Toney-El was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Woodbridge Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department and took custody of Mr. Toney-El for transport back to their authority.

On 03/17/2023 at 1:30, following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an individual committing a lewd act in front of another security guard at Riverside Station Boulevard, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Rideef Scruggs of East Orange, NJ for Criminal Sexual Contact [2C:14-3B] and Lewdness [2C:14-4A]. Mr. Scruggs was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/17/2023 at 3:30 PM, the police responded to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office to take into custody a 24-year-old male, Fernand Oneill-Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ for a no bail warrant for the charge of Eluding [2C:29-2B] issued by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to an Eluding incident that occurred on 12/30/2022. Mr. Oneill-Rodriguez was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/18/2023 at 11:19 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Paterson Police Department to take into custody a 26-year-old male, Tajay Turner of Netcong, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Turner was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Little Ferry, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Turner was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/18/2023 at 2:47 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested a 45-year-old male, Brian Neumann of Mahwah, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Neumann was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Neumann was issued his complaint warrant along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
