Secaucus Police Blotter 12/12/2022 - 12/18/2022

On 12/13/2022 at 7:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old female, Kellie Rowland of Adelphi, MD for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Ms. Rowland was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/13/2022 at 11:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 170 County Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 66 year old male, Paul Giorgio of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Giorgio was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/14/2022 at 3:50 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23 year old female, Melanie Adorno Pacheco of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10 % option. Ms. Adorno Pacheco was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 12/14/2022 at 10:52 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 55 year old male, Peter Unanue of Old Tappan, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Unanue was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/15/2022 at 4:59 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21 year old male, Christian Brea of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lavallette, NJ in the amount of $250.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Nutley, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Both the Lavallette Police Department and the Nutley Police Department did release Mr. Brea on his own recognizance pending future court dates. Mr. Brea was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Union City, NJ. Mr. Brea was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 12/16/2022 at 8:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39 year old male, Cesar Sabino of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Sabino was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $50.00. Mr. Sabino was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Sabino was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/17/2022 at 2:59 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped on Route 3 Westbound. The operator of the motor vehicle appeared to be asleep. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Milton Loja-Cambisaca of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Loja-Cambisaca was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/17/2022 at 8:19 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29 year old male, John Berrios of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Berrios was also charged with Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug [2C:35-10.5E(1)] believed to be Oxycodone. Mr. Berrios was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
