Secaucus Police Blotter 11/21/2022 - 11/27/2022

On 11/21/2022 at 8:02 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Tommy Tinoco of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Tinoco was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 11/22/2022 at 9:48 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old female, Quindeara Fleming of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. The Newark Police Department did release Ms. Fleming on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Fleming was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/22/2022 at 11:41 PM, Secaucus Police responded to The Harper located at 120 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a motor vehicle crash where one of the involved parties reportedly brandished a knife. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51 year old male, Carlos Laborde of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D]. Mr. Laborde was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/23/2022 at 3:55 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Trevon Fuqua of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Mr. Fuqua was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 11/26/2022 at 7:34 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39 year old male, Marcus Jones of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Jones was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
