Secaucus Police Blotter 06/17/19 - 06/23/2019

Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 06/17/2019 at 4:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old female, Keyarra Gosa of North Charleston, SC for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Gosa was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 06/18/2019 at 12:00 AM, During a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23 year old female, Laura Acosta of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Acosta was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 06/18/2019 at 4:51 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19 year old female, Alyssa DePalma of Bayonne, NJ and a 20 year old female, Emma Freyer of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. DePalma was also issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Ms. DePalma and Ms. Freyer were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 06/19/2019 at 2:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Concentra located at 30 Seaview Drive on a report of a male on the property who possibly had an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46 year old male, Alfred Munoz of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Munoz was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/19/2019 at 9:44 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 280 County Avenue on a report of a suspicious male laying in the parking lot area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26 year old male, Nicholas Hargrave of East Orange, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Both the Newark Municipal Court and the East Orange Municipal Court released Mr. Hargrave on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody.

On 06/20/2019 at 11:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 303 Paulanne Terrace on a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24 year old male, Brian Smith of South Hackensack, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Smith was also issued 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 06/22/2019 at 1:41 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 500 Route 3 West on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male, Jose Henriquez-Reyes of Passaic, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Henriquez-Reyes was also issued 1 additional motor vehicle summons. Mr. Henriquez-Reyes was served his motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
