On 08/09/2022 at 1:41 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Tyrone Manuel of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Saddle Brook did release Mr. Manuel on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Manuel was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.
On 08/09/2022 at 1:16 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old female, Kimara Crawford of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Hackensack Municipal Court with no bail. Officers from the Hackensack Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Ms. Crawford for transport back to their authority.
On 08/09/2022 at 4:51 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division in regards to a burglary that occurred at The Harper complex located at 110 Park Plaza Drive on 08/01/2022, the Secaucus Police responded to Jersey City, NJ and arrested a 34 year old male, Jonathan Wood of Secaucus, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Wood was additionally charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Crystal Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Wood was issued his complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 08/10/2022 at 10:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Angel Collado of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Pennsylvania with no bail along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Totowa, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wallington, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $494.00. Mr. Collado was additionally charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10], Possession of CDS believed to be PCP [2C:35-10A(1)] and Being under the Influence of a CDS believed to be PCP [2C:35-10B(1)]. Mr. Collado was issued his complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 08/11/2022 at 8:08 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Secaucus Public Library located at 1379 Paterson Plank Road on a report of an individual sleeping within a vehicle owned by the Town of Secaucus. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42 year old female, Zera Samsonlaizer of New York, NY for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Ms. Samsonlaizer was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $700.00. Livingston did release Ms. Samsonlaizer on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Samsonlaizer was issued her complaint summons and she was released from police custody.
On 08/11/2022 at 12:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Rodeway Inn located at 155 Route 3 East after receiving information that an individual staying at the Hotel had an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34 year old male, Angel Soto of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officer’s from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Soto for transport back to their authority.
On 08/11/2022 at 4:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of New County Road and Seaview Drive on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Mamadou Diop of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Diop for transport back to their agency.
