On 04/18/2022 at 11:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 28 year old male, Cheon Julien of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. The warrant was issued in relation to a Theft incident that occurred at UPS located at 493 County Avenue on 09/27/2019. Mr. Julien was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 04/20/2022 at 1:07 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Joseph Perez of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Perez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 04/22/2022 at 9:19 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old female, Gina Arezza of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Arezza was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Garfield did release Ms. Arezza on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Arezza was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 04/23/2022 at 11:30 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a fight between two individuals. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51 year old male, Carlos Mieles of Jersey City, NJ for Simple Assault [2C:12-1A]. Mr. Mieles was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 04/23/2022 at 4:12 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 53 year old male, Carlos Rodriguez of South Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00. Mr. Rodriguez was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Officers from the Hackensack Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Rodriguez for transport back to their authority.
