On 02/07/2022 at 12:41 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, Jonathan Gardner of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Gardner was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 02/07/2022 at 2:45 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Paramus Police Department to take into custody a 29 year old male, Deonte Borders of Bayonne, NJ for 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,400.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Borders was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/07/2022 at 9:39 AM, Secaucus Police observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Extended Stay Hotel located at 1 Plaza Drive that was previously reported stolen out of North Carolina. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old male, Stefone Brown of Riverside, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Mr. Brown was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 02/07/2022 at 11:35 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Bureau in regards to a motor vehicle stop that occurred on 10/30/2021 in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Route 3 East, the police arrested a 20 year old male, Emmanuel Philostin of Brooklyn, NY and a 22 year old male, Seti Barnwell of Brooklyn, NY after both individuals entered Secaucus Police Headquarters to turn themselves in. Both Mr. Philostin and Mr. Barnwell were charged with Possession of a Handgun without a Permit [2C:39-5B(1)], 2 counts of Possession of a Large Capacity Magazine [2C:39-3J], Possession of Hollow Point Bullets [2C:39-3F(1)] and Possession of Handgun Ammunition [2C:58-3.3B]. Both Mr. Philostin and Mr. Barnwell were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/08/2022 at 3:44 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of the Residence Inn by Marriott located at 800 Plaza Drive on a report of a possible burglary. During the investigation, the police arrested a 16 year old male of Union City, NJ for Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. The 16 year old male was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 02/08/2022 at 8:15 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old male, Henrry Tusa-Leon of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Tusa-Leon was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.

On 02/08/2022 at 5:22 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32 year old male, Steven Persons of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Persons was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 02/08/2022 at 8:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Gro Mart located at 135 Front Street on a report of a fight between 2 individuals. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Dylan Dougherty of Clementon, NJ for Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(2)] and Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A]. Mr. Dougherty was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Barrington, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Ephraim Boro, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Gloucester City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Dougherty was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/09/2022 at 5:35 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20 year old male, Maikol Camacho-Martinez of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Camacho-Martinez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 02/09/2022 at 9:25 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35 year old female, Shakeema Daniels of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $250.00 with a 10 % option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $850.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Daniels was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Daniels was able to post bail for the involved warrants. Mr. Daniels was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 02/10/2022 at 9:41 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Troop B Barracks located in Totowa, NJ to take into custody a 26 year old male, Nicholas Smith of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Smith was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 02/10/2022 at 4:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Shamel Ravenell of Jersey City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00 along with a 26 year old female, Daanasha Palms of Jersey City, NJ for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Ravenell was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody. The Jersey City Police Department did release Ms. Palms on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.

On 02/10/2022 at 4:23 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Evan Smith of Teaneck, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Smith was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 02/11/2022 at 2:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old female, Aniyah Wooten of Irvington, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $450.00. The police also arrested a 29 year old male, Max Clairsin of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The Irvington Police Department did release Ms. Wooten on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody. The East Orange Police Department did release Mr. Clairsin on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Clairsin was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.

On 02/11/2022 at 1:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Haledon Police Department to take into custody a 42 year old male, Milton Neal of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Neal was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/11/2022 at 4:24 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51 year old male, Timothy Henkel of Hewitt, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Franklin Lakes, NJ in the amount of $550.00. The police also arrested a 53 year old male, Richard Baer of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Henkel was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Baer was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 02/11/2022 at 8:41 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old male, Brian Lopez of Jersey City, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1(B)1]. Mr. Lopez was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 02/12/2022 at 2:59 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the right lane of County Avenue. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Victor Bayron of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Bayron was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
