On 01/17/2022 at 4:10 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Ala Mustafa of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Mustafa was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 01/18/2022 at 8:32 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48 year old male, Anthony Baccus of Jersey City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Baccus was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 01/18/2022 at 3:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 2nd Street and Pandolfi Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 60 year old female, Barbara Henry of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Henry was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 01/19/2022 at 6:28 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Linden Police Department to take into custody a 28 year old male, Anthony Beasley of Philadelphia, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. The Secaucus Municipal Court did release Mr. Beasley on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On 01/19/2022 at 10:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Wayne Police Department to take into custody a 33 year old male, Juvaughn Bonney of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Bonney was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 01/20/2022 at 4:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old female, Nyaja Soto of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Soto was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 01/21/2022 at 3:44 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the middle of Cove Court. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old male, Karnveer Manhani of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Manhani was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 01/21/2022 at 12:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court located in Jersey City, NJ to take into custody a 43 year old male, Jakarrie Carter of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $250.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Carter was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 01/22/2022 at 4:37 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 42 year old male, Cedric Martin of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Martin was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 01/23/2022 at 8:35 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Joseph Balderamosumanzo of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Balderamosumanzo was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.

On 01/23/2022 at 5:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25 year old male, Andrew Arias of Guttenberg, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for being in possession of a stolen license plate. Mr. Arias was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 01/23/2022 at 4:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to USA Wine Traders located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23 year old male, Norberto Tirado of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Tirado was also found to have 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00. Mr. Tirado was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
