Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 01/29/2019 at 9:37 AM, Secaucus Police arrested an 18 year old male, Aramis Santiago of Secaucus, NJ, along with two 17 year old juvenile males both of Secaucus at the Secaucus High School. Mr. Santiago was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. One juvenile male was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] while the other was charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Santiago was issued his complaint summons and was released from custody. Both juvenile males were issued juvenile complaints and were released into the custody of a parent.

On 01/30/2019 at 1:49 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old female, Michelle Moran of Staten Island, NY for an outstanding warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Jersey City Police Department did release Ms. Moran on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Moran was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On 01/30/2019 at 3:21 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Ridgefield Police Department to take custody of a 42 year old male, Jimmy Caba of Staten Island, NY for an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Caba was also found to have an outstanding warrant out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $245.00. Mr. Caba was escorted to the Secaucus Municipal Court where a plea deal was agreed on. Mr. Caba then posted bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ along with the warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ and was subsequently released from custody.

On 01/30/2019 at 7:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Secaucus Municipal Court on a report of a male having an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Doral Littlejohn of Memphis, TN for 2 outstanding warrants out of Egg Harbor Township, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Mr. Littlejohn was unable to post bail and was picked up by the Egg Harbor Police Department.

On 01/31/2019 at 10:13 PM, in furtherance of a harassment incident that occurred at the Farmers Market on 01/30/2019, Secaucus Police responded to Jakes Wayback Burgers located at 83 Plaza Centre where they arrested a 23 year old male, Joseph Erazo of Secaucus for an NCIC warrant out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Erazo was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 01/31/2019 at 2:15 PM, while following up on a robbery incident that occurred at the Exxon Gas Station located at 209 Route 3 East on 01/26/2019, the Secaucus Detective Division arrested a 42 year old female, Betsey Rondon of Secaucus, NJ for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)]. Ms. Rondon was served her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/01/2019 at 1:24 PM, Secaucus Police processed a 26 year old female, Yulaski Obando of Union City, NJ at Secaucus Police Headquarters for a theft incident that occurred at The RealReal located at 35 Enterprise Ave. The incident was reported to the Secaucus Police Department on 01/24/2019. Ms. Obando was charged with theft on a summons and following processing was subsequently released from custody.

On 02/01/2019 at 2:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 200 Riverside Station Blvd on a report of a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old female, Tika Smith of East Orange, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Branchburg, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The Branchburg Police Department did release Ms. Smith on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was subsequently released from custody.

On 02/02/2019 at 2:03 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Walmart parking lot located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of an assault involving a knife. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37 year old male, Felix Aponte of New York, NY for Aggravated Assault involving Serious Bodily Injury [2C:12-1B(2)], Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon [2C:12-1B(1)], Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Aponte was served his complaint warrant for the listed charges and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/03/2019 AT 5:39 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36 year old female, Sharon Gaffney of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Hindering Apprehension by providing False Information [2C:29-3B(4)]. Ms. Gaffney was served her complaint summons and was subsequently released from custody.
