Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.
On 04/29/2019 at 7:41 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Samuel Winn of Rembert, South Carolina for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Winn was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.
On 05/01/2019 at 10:38 AM, Officer’s from the Guttenberg Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 29 year old male, Juan Negroni of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Negroni was brought to the Secaucus Municipal Court where Mr. Negroni was released on his own recognizance and was provided a new court date and subsequently released from custody.
On 05/02/2019 at 11:54 PM, Officer’s from the Emerson Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 44 year old male, Jamie Morgan of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Morgan was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 05/03/2019 at 10:31 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 79 County Ave on a report of a suspicious male causing a traffic hazard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old male, Matthew Griffin of Old Bridge, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Griffin was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 05/02/2019 at 3:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Kohls located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a male exposing himself. On 05/03/2019 at 5:21 PM, in furtherance of the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Javier Salcedo of West New York, NJ for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)]. Mr. Salcedo was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.
On 05/05/2019 at 7:19 AM, Officer’s from the Bayonne Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 36 year old male, Rashid Pinkney of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Pinkney was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
