Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 04/15/2019 at 11:57 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35 year old female, Elisa Tejada of Rutherford, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Ms. Tejada was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On 04/15/2019 at 2:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Riverdale Police Department to take custody of a 49 year old male, Sung Yang of Ridgefield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Yang was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Yang was unable to post bail for the warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/16/2019 at 2:30 PM, the Secaucus Police Detective Division responded to Swatch Group located at 55 Metro Way to investigate a theft incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 67 year old male, Angel Rodriguez of Union City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Rodriguez was also charged with Theft[2C:20-3A] and Fencing [2C:20-7.1B] for a previous theft incident that was initially reported to the Secaucus Police Department on 03/12/2019. Mr. Rodriguez was served his complaint summonses for both incidents and was released from custody.

On 04/17/2019 at 9:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 50 year old male, Richard Baer of Byram, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of THC Oil [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Baer was also found to have a warrant in the amount of $500.00 out of Pequannock Mr. Baer was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/17/2019 at 11:55 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Woodland Park Police Department to take custody of a 32 year old male, Frank Gallipoli of Totowa, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant that was issued on 02/23/2019 for the charge of Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] following a shoplifting incident that occurred at Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road. There was no bail attached to the warrant. Mr. Gallipoli was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/18/2019 at 10:22 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old female, Montray Smith of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Smith was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On 04/18/2019 at 11:23 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take custody of a 45 year old male, Hasan Hatcher of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paramus, NJ in the amount of $783.00. Mr. Hatcher was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/18/2019 at 3:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 36 year old female, Ketty Henriquez-Tejada of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Henriquez-Tejada was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Henriquez-Tejada was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/19/2019 at 2:10 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Michael Valdes of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Valdes was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
