On 04/19/2021 at 1:53 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 58 year old male, Marvin Lara of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Lara was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 5 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 04/20/2021 at 1:43 PM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee who was possibly in possession of CDS. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Erick Acosta Rodriguez of Hoboken, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Phencyclidine [2C:35-10A(1)], Being Under the Influence of a CDS believed to be Phencyclidine [2C:35-10B] and Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Phencyclidine [2C:35-5B(7)]. Mr. Acosta was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/22/2021 at 3:32 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37 year old female, Nicole Lascano of Fairview, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Lascano was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 04/23/2021 at 8:37 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 66 year old female, Maritza Ortiz of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $511.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Ortiz was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 04/23/2021 at 2:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Morris County Jail to take into custody a 25 year old male, Tajay Turner of Rockaway, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charges of Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(4)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] following an incident that took place at the Aloft Hotel located at 460 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on 03/03/2021. Mr. Turner was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/23/2021 at 11:05 PM, Officer’s from the NJ State Police responded to the Secaucus Police Department to transfer custody of a 30 year old male, Bradley Estevez of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Estevez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 04/24/2021 at 5:07 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old female, Andrea Castro of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bogota, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Castro was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 04/24/2021 at 5:32 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Burlington Coat Factory located at 275 Hartz Way on a report of a Shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34 year old female, Danielle Mitchell of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wyckoff, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Mitchell was released on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.

On 04/25/2021 at 2:31 AM, Secaucus Police responded to NJ State Highway Route 3 East in the area of 875 Route 3 East on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old female, Dazlin Brown of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Brown was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 04/25/2021 at 9:07 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Joseph Erazo of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Erazo was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 04/25/2021 at 2:01 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual refusing to leave the hotel. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45 year old female, Erin Curran of Portland, ME for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Hypodermic Needles [2C:36-6A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Curran was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 04/25/2021 at 8:54 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35 year old male, Jonathan Ortiz of Woodland Park, NJ for Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C]. Mr. Ortiz was served his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
