Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 03/25/2019 at 1:12 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old male, Danny Cabrera of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Ridgefield Park, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Cabrera was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On 03/25/2019 at 8:03 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of Genova Drive and Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 18 year old male, Noah Martin of Union City, NJ and a 19 year old male, Kyle Higgins of Carlstadt, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Both parties were served their complaint summonses and were released from custody.

On 03/26/2019 at 10:22 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 48 year old male, Frankee Firrito of Lodi, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Firrito was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/26/2019 at 2:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 100 Park Plaza Drive on a report from OnStar that a vehicle which was previously reported stolen was parked in the area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41 year old male, Edgardo Fernandez-Maldonado of Secaucus, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Mr. Fernandez-Maldonado was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.

On 03/27/2019 at 9:27 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot at 300 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44 year old male, Sean O’Connor of Bushkill, PA for Altering a Vehicle’s Identification Number [2C:17-6A] and Possession of a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3C]. Mr. O’Connor was served his complaint summons, was issued 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.

On 03/27/2019 at 11:05 PM, Officer’s from the Linden Police Department transported a 34 year old male, Andre Gamble of Newark, NJ to Secaucus Police Headquarters for having 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3000.00. Mr. Gamble was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $124.00. Mr. Gamble was unable to post bail for the remaining warrants and he was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/28/2019 at 9:19 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old male, Dumar Dobson of Bayonne, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Dobson was issued his complaint summons, was issued 2 motor vehicle summons and was released from custody.

On March 28, 2019 at 1:36 PM, Secaucus Police were notified by school officials that two students were involved in a scheme where they would disrupt the schools WIFI service upon demand. Two 14 year old males, both of Secaucus were each charged with Computer Criminal Activity [2C:20-25(b)] and Conspiracy to Commit Computer Criminal Activity [2C:5-2/2C:20-25(b)]. Both juveniles were charged and released to their parents.

On 03/28/2019 at 8:43 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 470 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a Disorderly male who was asked to leave the establishment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25 year old male, Jarvis Stephens of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Stephens was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Stephens was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/29/2019 at 8:24 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of 2 shoplifters fleeing the store. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20 year old male, Jahmir Cain of Mount Vernon, NY and a 17 year old Juvenile male of Mount Vernon, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Resisting Arrest by Flight [2C:29-2A(2)]. The 17 year old male was placed onto a juvenile complaint and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. Mr. Cain was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.

On 03/30/2019 at 10:21 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Wellmade Urena-Guzman of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Urena-Guzman was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from custody.

On 03/30/2019 at 2:38 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 East near the Shell Gas Station on a report of a male walking on the highway and throwing rocks at passing vehicles and wielding a crow bar. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male of Secaucus, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)], Inference with Transportation [2C33-14A(3)], Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. He was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
