On 11/04/2020 at 2:39 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 54 year old male, Frank Miller of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Miller was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 11/04/2020 at 4:45 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 43 year old male, Khasim Williams of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Williams was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 11/07/2020 at 11:16, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Matthew Corbo of Jersey City, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5b(11)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana within 500 feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Corbo was served his complaint warrant along with 10 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
