Secaucus Police Blotter 10/19/2020 - 10/25/2020

On 10/19/2020 at 4:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old female, Avery Meyer of Hewitt, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Ramsey, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Meyer was also issued 3 motor vehicle summonses. Officer’s from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Meyer for transport back to their authority.

On 10/20/2020 at 4:05 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Mecca Bonds of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(3)], Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to Distribute [2C:36-3]. Mr. Bonds was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 10/21/2020 at 9:04 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old male, Ahmed Khalifa of Secaucus, NJ for 2 counts of Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(3)], 2 counts of Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of CDS believed to be Clonazepam [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Clonazepam [2C:35-5B(13)]. Mr. Khalifa was served his complaint warrant along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 10/22/2020 at 1:53 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43 year old female, Silvia Loyola of Montville, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Loyola was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
