On 09/14/2020 at 4:16 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle accident in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Harmon Plaza. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31 year old male, Arsalan Nisar of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated. The police also arrested a 26 year old male, Muhammad Zaib of Jersey City, NJ and a 22 year old male, Muhammad Furqan of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3A(7)]. Both Mr. Furqan and Mr. Zaib were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. Mr. Nisar was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 09/14/2020 at 11:29 AM, Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 26 year old female, Zaneta Kozlowska of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Kozlowska was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/14/2020 at 7:53 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20 year old male, Noel Vasconcelos of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Vasconcelos was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/15/2020 at 1:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Capital One Bank located at 1291 Paterson Plank Road on a report of fraudulent activity. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41 year old male, John Morales of Yonkers, NY for Forgery [2C:21-1A(1)], Trafficking in Personal Identifying Information of Another [2C:21-17.3B(1)], Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)], Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(4)], Exhibiting False Government Documents [2C:21-2.1C], Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6H], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a box cutter, [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Morales was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/16/2020 at 12:05 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37 year old male, Marc Webb of Flushing, NY for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-5B(2)], Possession of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)], Being Under the Influence of a CDS [2C:35-10B] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Webb was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Mount Olive, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and $500.00, both with 10 % options. Mr. Webb was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/16/2020 at 5:06 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45 year old female, Demitria Doliveira of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $960.00. Ms. Doliveira was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/17/2020 at 1:54 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21 year old male, Victor Freeman-Maldonado of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Freeman-Maldonado was served his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/17/2020 at 8:45 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 59 year old female, Angelina Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $200.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $99.00. Ms. Rodriguez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/17/2020 at 10:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18 year old male, Aurovind Ahluwalia of Secaucus, NJ along with an 18 year old male, Christian Garcia of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Ahluwalia was further charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Ahluwalia was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. Mr. Garcia was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/17/2020 at 11:34 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old male, Erick Lozano of Union City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Lozano was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/19/2020 at 6:48 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Krauser’s located at 40 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46 year old male, Bruce Saint Louis of Bethlaham, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union Township, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Saint Louis was released on his own recognizance from police custody.

On 09/19/2020 at 5:07 PM, Secaucus Police observed a fight between 2 individuals in the area of 83 Plaza Centre Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31 year old female, Kenya Jackson of Bardonia, NY for Simple Assault. Ms. Jackson was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
