On 07/21/2020 at 2:41 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Extended Stay Motel located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old male, Jeffrey Lewis of the Bronx, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Lewis was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/21/2020 at 3:56 PM, during a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive for suspicious activity, the police arrested a 34 year old male, David Vlado of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $250.00. The police also arrested a 25 year old male, Trooper Mitchell of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Vlado posted bail for both involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. Mr. Mitchell posted bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 07/21/2020 at 11:53 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of 45 Elizabeth Court. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old male, Pharoahe Thomas of Secaucus, NJ along with an 18 year old male, Christopher Hernandez of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Both Mr. Thomas and Mr. Hernandez were issued their motor vehicle summonses and were released from police custody.
On 07/22/2020 at 11:41 AM, in furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Bureau in regards to three separate theft incidents that occurred at Hudson Regional Hospital located at 55 Meadowlands Parkway, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Danny Rivera of Jersey City, NJ for 3 counts of Theft [2C:20-3A] and 1 count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Rivera was served his complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 07/23/2020 at 10:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19 year old male, Angel Dejesus of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Dejesus was served his complaint, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 07/23/2020 at 6:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Nisun Aladewolu of Ewing, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of West Orange, NJ with no bail. Mr. Aladewolu was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and Officers from the West Orange Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Aladewolu for transport to their authority.
On 07/23/2020 at 8:22 PM, the Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking deck at 300 Lighting Way. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old male, Jonathan Arbito of North Arlington, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 20 year old male, Julio Cardona of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Arbito was served his complaint summons, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Cardona was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2020 at 2:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, the Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old male, Edwin Lozano of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Lozano was served his complaint summons, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2020 at 2:13 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Fountain Park located at the intersection of Humboldt Street and Raydol Avenue on a report of a suspicious item being left in the park. The police arrested a 20 year old male, Tristan Paine of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Paine was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/26/2020 at 3:52 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Tariek Steele of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the City of New York with no bail. Mr. Steele was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Steele was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Steele was served his complaint warrant along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 07/26/2020 at 9:04 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old female, Racquel Caramucci of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Caramucci was served her complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
