On 07/13/2020 at 1:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31 year old male, Anthony Almonte of Secaucus, NJ for 4 outstanding warrants issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $863.00. Mr. Almonte was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/14/2020 at 7:41 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 42 year old male, Willis McCallum of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. McCallum was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/14/2020 at 6:49 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowland Parkway on a report of a male who was naked and masturbating in plain sight. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Bayle Ndiaye of the Bronx, NY for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)]. Mr. Ndiaye was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 07/14/2020 at 9:34 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38 year old female, Daven Morin of Paramus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)]. Ms. Morin was issued her complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/15/2020 at 7:42 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, Tyrell Bell of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rockaway, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Bell was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/15/2020 at 5:45 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old female, Angelina Walker of Syracuse, NY along with a 22 year old male, Zinious Gill of Syracuse, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of CDS believed to be Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Promethazine Hydrochloride [2C:35-10.5E(2)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Walker was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Gill was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/16/2020 at 12:12 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25 year old male, Hartzell Killen of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $7,500.00 with a 10% option. The Newark Police Department was contacted and did release Mr. Killen on his own recognizance. Mr. Killen was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/16/2020 at 4:04 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Ali Smith of Newark, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Smith was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $300.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Newark, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Smith was issued his complaint warrant along with 6 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 07/16/2020 at 7:55 AM, Secaucus Police detected an odor of what was believed to be Marijuana coming from inside a parked motor vehicle in the area of Schopmann Drive and Paulanne Terrace. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old male, Angel Dejesus of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Dejesus was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/16/2020 at 1:57 PM, in furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division for a theft incident that occurred at 55 Metro Way on 07/12/2020, the police arrested a 47 year old male, Matthew Patire of Mahwah, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Patire was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/16/2020 at 5:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Ocean County Jail to take into custody a 48 year old male, Jason Cue of Hillsdale, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. Mr. Cue was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $300.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Creskill, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Cue was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 07/17/2020 at 8:15 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 450 Plaza Drive on a report of a suspicious person. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49 year old female, Tammi Brodish of Reno, NV for 6 outstanding warrants issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $7,866.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wallington, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Brodish was released on her own recognizance for all involved warrants and she was released from police custody pending future court dates.

On 07/17/2020 at 8:51 AM, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old male, Briton Callan of Secaucus, NJ for Filing a False Police Report [2C:28-4B(1)] in reference to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Floral Terrace on 07/17/2020. Mr. Callan was served his complaint summons, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons for Leaving the Scene of an Accident [39:4-129B] and was released from police custody.

On 07/17/2020 at 10:55 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 67 year old male, Manuel Juarez of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Juarez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/19/2020 at 2:36 AM, Secaucus Police detected an odor of what was believed to be Marijuana coming from a vehicle parked within the Shell Gas Station located at 300 Route 3 East. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old male, Runaldo Miliano-Almonte of Passaic, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Miliano-Almonte was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/19/2020 at 7:57 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a stolen bicycle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 61 year old male, Ronald Crawford of Newark, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Crawford was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
