Returning Chromebooks and Collecting Your Property June 23-26, 2020
Bring
- Fully charged Chromebook
- Charger and power cord
Fees for Missing or Damaged District Property
If your Chromebook is damaged, you will be invoiced by email in July after it has been inspected.
- Chromebook accidental damage deductible: $20 for 1st incident / $40 for 2nd incident.
- Damaged or missing charger: $25 for replacement.
- Chromebook not returned by June 26: - $330 for a replacement.
Visiting Campus
Enter campus on Millridge Road and follow the road on the Middle School side.
At the returns area (Middle School Building Exits):
- Bring your Chromebook and charger to the table. You will be asked for your student ID number (lunch PIN) and name and to place everything in a plastic bag.
- Once your Chromebook is checked in, you will be emailed a receipt and will be directed to move on to the pick-up area at the rear of the Blue Gym.
At the collections area (Blue Gym rear entrance):
- Walk to the open door to receive your locker contents and/or yearbook.
Safety
All students/parents will have a scheduled pickup time to avoid larger crowds. If, when you arrive, people are waiting for items, please provide each other a safe distance apart. For your safety and the safety of our fellow students and staff members, please wear a face mask as you approach the school.
