On 06/03/2020 at 4:13 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Jose Sanchez of Lyndhurst, NJ for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Sanchez was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 06/04/2020 at 11:57 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a naked male performing a Lewd Act. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29 year old male, Jason Rivera of Garfield, NJ for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Being Under the Influence of a CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10B]. Mr. Rivera was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/06/2020 at 7:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Royal Motel located at 650 Route 3 West on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26 year old female, Katiuska Tineo Manzueta of Yonkers, NY and a 49 year old female, Fannys Sosa Perez of Yonkers, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. Both Ms. Tineo Manzueta and Ms. Sosa Perez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 06/07/2020 at 11:21 AM, Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit observed a suspicious vehicle near the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Wood Avenue, where the police arrested a 37 year old male, Victor Rotonda of Toms River, NJ for Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-5B(9)(A)], Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Methamphetamine within 500 feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1(A)], Possession with Intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-3], Unlawful Acquisition of Handgun Ammunition [2C:58-3.3B], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Rotonda was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
