Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.
On 04/22/2020 at 9:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 East on a report of a male walking on the highway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old male, Jared Wilson of North Bergen, NJ for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail attached for each, 1 warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Cranbury, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Chesterfield, NJ in the amount of $550.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Wilson was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Wilson was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
