Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.
On 03/25/2020 at 12:39 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Warren County Jail to take into custody a 25 year old male, Matthew Mangual of Englewood, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. The warrant was issued by the Secaucus Police Department on 02/13/2020 for the charges of Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C] and Criminal Attempt to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-1A(1)] for an incident that occurred at Best Buy located at 925 Paterson Plank Road on 02/03/2020. Mr. Mangual was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/27/2020 at 6:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 133 Front Street on a report of a possible dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41 year old female, Carmen Melencianocorpora of Secaucus, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $2000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Melencianocorpora was able to post the bail. Ms. Melencianocorpora was issued 2 Town Ordinance violation summonses for Operating a Massage Parlor in Sleeping Quarters [TO:160A-15] and Operating a Massage Parlor/Beauty Salon without a License [TO:160A-2] and was released from police custody.
On 03/28/2020 at 12:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Hops Lane and Allan Terrace on a report of a male who had fallen. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55 year old male, Chris Couch of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Couch was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody into the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
