1. On April 8th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 39-year-old Mohammed A. Musleh of Bogota,
NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Weehawken
Municipal Court. Mr. Musleh was then transported to the Guttenberg Police
Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing,
Mr. Musleh was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance
with the Weehawken Municipal Court.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
