1. On March 19th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 55-year-old Wilson O. Cadmentenezaca of
Hackensack, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Cadmentenezaca was then
transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the
completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Cadmentenezaca was issued his traffic
summonses and then released into the care of a responsible adult.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
