1. On March 29th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 32-year-old Eliezer Paniagua of Bronx, NY, after
discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Lacey Township Municipal
Court. Mr. Paniagua was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his
arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Paniagua was
transferred into the custody of officers from the Lacey Township Police Department.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
