On 02/10/2025 at 09:20 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 51-year-old male, Hasan Hatcher of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Hatcher was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 02/10/2025 at 9:47 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 62-year-old male, Joachim Nworji of Union, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Nworji was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 02/10/2025 at 5:07 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Ahmed Elaraby of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Elaraby was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 02/11/2025 at 8:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old female, Sage Dawson of Fort Lee, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Dawson was issued a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 02/11/2025 at 1:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to A2Z Wine Club located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a stolen shopping cart. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old female, Kiara Williams of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(6)]. Ms. Williams was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/13/2025 at 9:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Arthur Sejour of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Englewood, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Mr. Sejour was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/13/2025 at 6:24 PM, in relation to a Theft incident that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located at 355 Plaza Drive on 01/11/2025, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Daniel Schutz of Levittown, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Schutz was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Schutz was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/13/2025 at 6:22 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Hudson Regional Hospital located at 55 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual refusing the leave. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44-year-old male, William Romano of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Morristown, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $550.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Romano was unable to past bail and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.
On 02/13/2025 at 3:50 PM, Secaucus Police observed an individual in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn in which the police had prior knowledge of the individual possibly having an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, James Marrow of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Monroe, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $444.00. Roselle did release Mr. Marrow on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Marrow was unable to post bail for the outstanding warrant issued out of Monroe, NJ. Officers from the Monroe Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Marrow for transport back to their agency.
On 02/14/2025 at 4:52 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Pedro Peguero-Rojas of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Peguero-Rojas was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/14/2025 at 11:59 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46 year old female, Shmar Smith of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Watchung, NJ in the amount of $550.00. The Watchung Police Department did release Ms. Smith on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Smiith was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and she was released from police custody.
On 02/15/2025 at 12:15 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 45 Meadowlands Parkway and took into custody a 37 year old male, Mahmoud Omar of Astoria, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(1)], Exhibiting Obscene Material for Persons under 18 [2C:34-3B(2)] and Criminal Attempt to commit Luring or Enticing of a Child [2C:5-1]. Mr. Omar was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/15/2025 at 5:03 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Koelle Boulevard and Central Lane on a report of a vehicle that was stopped at that location. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old female, Marlene Bastidas-Larrea of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Bastidas-Larrea was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 02/16/2025 at 7:18 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Harmony Suites located at 455 Plaza Drive on a report of suspicious incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old female, Heather Pedicini of Woodside, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 44-year-old male, Feruze Khan of Queens, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Khan was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bergen County, NJ in the amount of $233.00. Mr. Khan was released on his own recognizance in relation to the warrant issued out of Bergen County. Both Ms. Pedicini and Mr. Khan were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 02/16/2025 at 6:55 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on a report of individual’s possibly concealing merchandise. The individuals did leave the area in a motor vehicle prior to police arrival. A motor vehicle stop was conducted of the involved vehicle and during the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Kelvin Rodriguez of New York, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Rodriguez was able to post bail for the involved vehicle, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
