On 02/03/2025 at 9:28 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Jason Lanzo of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Lanzo was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 02/04/2025 at 3:29 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union Police Department to take into custody a 38-year-old female, Nikiyah Linton of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Linton was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 02/05/2025 at 8:57 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male, Jesus Bracho of Brooklyn, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] after he was found in possession of a stolen license plate. Mr. Bracho was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 02/07/2025 at 11:06 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a trailer that was located on 01/29/2025 in the area of the New County Road Extension with an altered license plate, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Carlysle Cowan of Secaucus, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(2)]. Mr. Cowan was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Cowan was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/07/2025 at 4:52 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old female, Tianna Liz of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $958.00. Ms. Liz was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/07/2025 at 6:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Wayne Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old male, Latwan Munford of Montclair, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $650.00. Ms. Munford was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
On 02/07/2025 at 11:13 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle who appeared to be unconscious. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Jason Dillon of Tionesta, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Dillon was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 02/08/2025 at 3:06 AM, Secaucus Police observed an individual in the area of Centre Avenue and Irving Place in which the police had prior knowledge of the individual possibly having an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 47-year-old male, Reynaldo Carpio of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $50.00. Mr. Carpio was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.
On 02/08/2025 at 4:32 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Jeison Sime-Martinez of Paterson, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Denville, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00. Mr. Sime-Martinez was unable to post bail for the involved warrants. Officers from the Denville Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Sime-Martinez for transport back to their agency.
On 02/08/2025 at 7:20 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old female, Nadirah Holmes of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $850.00. Ms. Holmes was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
