The new Tenafly Municipal Pool is accepting early bird discount registrations for the summer of 2025 now through the end of February. Enjoy free group swim lessons for children, and a fun summer swim team for ages 5 to 17 with special events throughout the summer. Register by February 28 to receive your early bird discount. Municipal Field and the Tiger Cage are closed until further notice due to snow covering and icy conditions.
The Recreation Spring and Summer Sports, Events, Camps & Program guide will be available to view online February 15. Spring registration for residents opens February 24 on Community Pass. Visit the Borough website under Parks & Recreation for more information.
This Saturday at 2:00 pm the Nature Center invites adults and children 4 and up to meet a live animal and explore their creative and crafty side at Crafty Critters. On Sunday at 11:30 am or 1 pm all ages are welcome to learn how to identify a maple tree and techniques used to make delicious maple syrup, a sweet treat for all to taste! In honor of this past Holocaust Remembrance Day, listen to local author Susan Gold discuss her book The Eyes Are the Same, about her childhood in Poland during the holocaust and her journey to the United States as a refugee. She will tell her story in the Tenafly Library Friends room on Tuesday, February 4 at 11:00 am. No registration is necessary.
The KCC Art Gallery is hosting its Pachappa Camp exhibition now through February 15 at the KCC presenting the history of Korean immigration and the first Koreatown in the United States.

The Tenafly High School Philharmonic Orchestra directed by Will Farnham will perform on February 7 at 7:00 pm at the Presbyterian Church. Free admission, all are welcome.
Stand Up for the Arts at the Kaplen JCC. Saturday, February 8 at 7 pm. Doors open at 6 pm. Applications are open for young violinists (ages 13 to 18) to perform at a Master Class on Tuesday, February 18 at 7 pm featuring Tenafly's own Elli Choi, recently awarded third prize at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Competition in Brussels, and winner of the World Monaco Violin Competition at age 15.
