On 12/30/2024 at 9:52 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Zacki Campbell of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Campbell was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 12/30/2024 at 11:03 AM, Secaucus Police took into custody a 31-year-old male, Alberto Cabrera of Garfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Cabrera taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Cabrera was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 01/02/2025 at 12:50 PM, in an effort to combat vice related crimes within the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested a 35-year-old female, Maria Perez Terrero of the Bronx, NY for Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. Perez Terrero was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 01/02/2025 at 3:47 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Dublin Yard located at 145 Front Street on a report of an individual who appeared to be intoxicated entering a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 65-year-old female, Tomijean Fernandez of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Fernandez was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and she was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 01/03/2025 at 3:34 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old female, Envy Dimeglio of Rahway, NJ for 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $875.00 for each warrant, with a 10% option for each. Dimeglio was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 01/03/2025 at 11:31 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union County Jail to take into custody a 45-year-old male, Danny Rivera of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant that was issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. These charges had been issued in relation to a shoplifting incident that had occurred at Walmart on 10/14/2024. Rivera was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 01/05/2025 at 12:19 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Byron Guamantario-Chuquimarca of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Guamantario-Chuquimarca was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 01/05/2025 at 3:56 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Valley Court on a report of an incident of Aggravated Assault. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Anthony Agathos of Secaucus, NJ for Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(7)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-4D], specifically a golf club and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-5D]. Agathos was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody
