Corbitt Williams is an energetic performer and music lover. He traveled with Disney Cruise lines as a performer and worked as a cabaret singer in New York before discovering his love of teaching and performing for families. Mr. Corbitt will share books of contemporary songs from the realms of jazz, reggae, pop, rock, and R&B. Along with these musical stories, Mr. Corbitt shares children's songs and rhymes.

Howdy Hour is a monthly Improv Jam at SideBar Gastropub in Hackensack on the first Wednesday of every month from 6pm to 7pm. Improvise with members of Howdy Stranger and other players in front of an audience. Beginner to advanced, all levels of experience are welcome. $10 to play; Free to see. Invite your friends!

CARRIE JACKSON is a metropolitan area based vocal stylist and rekindles thoughts of America's great jazz history. Carrie attributes her vocal style of singing from her mentors and made them a part of her also bringing new horizons to this classical American art form called Jazz. The truth is that she has a bit of all of them and more that is uniquely her own style and proudly carries the jazz banner.

SEAN KIELY is releasing a new full-length album "Postcards of the Reckoning" 11/1/24 and celebrating the release with an evening of music and more Friday, November 8th at Made of Leaves. Opening the show will be longtime friend and often collaborator JEFF TAYLOR, playing a solo set of his music.
