Following a probable cause search of the motor vehicle, Det. Jaber found eight (8) clear baggies containing a white powdery substance and one (1) larger baggie containing a white powdery substance, believed to be cocaine. During this motor vehicle stop, it was also found that the driver had a total of eight (8) active warrants for his arrest, issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office, Bergen County Sheriff’s Office, North Bergen Municipal Court, West New York Municipal Court, Summit Municipal Court, Middle Township Municipal Court, and the Union City Municipal Court.
