On September 30, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Matos responded to Macys in Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Macy’s associates reported that Frantzy Damestoir, age 30, of Irvington, concealed $473.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On October 2, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Hunt-Miles responded to Macys in Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Macy’s associates reported that Gail Clark, age 66, of Newark, concealed $253.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On October 2, 2024, Millburn Police Sgt Royce stopped a male he observed jaywalking on JFK PKWY. The male provided the Sgt with a false name. Ryan Berman, age 35, of NY was placed under arrest and charged with Hindering and a summons for jaywalking.

On October 3, 2024 Millburn Police Officer O’Neill responded to Macy’s on a report an employee that shoplifted. Macy’s loss prevention reported that Rahid Marshburn, age 48, of Hillside. Concealed $125.00 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. He was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On October 3, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Seebohm responded to Nordstrom’s in Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Nordstrom’s associates reported that Royer Barrezueta, age 27, of Linden, concealed $120.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On October 5, 2024 Millburn police responded to a burglary of a vacant residence on Winthrop Rd. The investigation revealed that the burglary occurred sometime within the past three months. The actor(s) forced entry into the vacant residence, and stole copper pipes and wires. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police detective Bureau.

On October 5, 2024 during late night hours Millburn Police responded to London Jewelers at the Short Hills Mall for an activated burglary alarm. The investigation revealed that unknown actors forced entry into the store and stole an undetermined amount of jewelry. The actors fled in awaiting vehicles. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 6, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Reid responded to a Greenwood Drive residence on a report of a theft of a vehicle. The owner stated that his 2025 BMW X5 was stolen from his driveway this morning. The vehicle was unlocked and the key FOB was left inside it. The vehicle was later recovered in Newark. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 6, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Strumolo responded to Mejuri in Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Mejuri associates reported that Yuchun Huang, age 48, of Cranford concealed $998.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On October 8, 2024, Millburn Police responded to a Chapel Hill Rd residence on a report of a theft that just occurred. Homeowner reported that a FedEx package was stolen off his porch and the male then left the area. Millburn Officers were able to locate the suspect. The investigation led to the arrest of Jacob Burno, age 37, Of Jersey City. He was charged with theft of movable property, hindering apprehension, possession of CDS, and providing false government documents.

On October 12, during early morning hours Millburn Police responded to an Exeter Rd residence on a report of a burglary to the residence. The investigation revealed that unknown actors forced entry into the residence. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 15, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Strumolo responded to Neiman Marcus in Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Neiman Marcus associates reported that Krishnatulasi Edupalli, age 39, of metuchen, concealed $3,700.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.


These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
