1. On September 23rd, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division received a report of two males engaged in a physical altercation near the intersection of 70th Street and Park Avenue. Upon their arrival, officers identified one of the individuals involved. During their on-scene investigation, 24-year-old Ricardo E. Villalobos-Olivia of Guttenberg, NJ, attempted to strike one of the responding officers in the face and was arrested. At the Guttenberg Police Department, Mr. Villalobos-Olivia was charged with disorderly conduct [2C:33-2A(1)], issued his complaint summons, and then released into the care of staff from the Palisades Medical Center.

2. On September 25th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 32-year-old Tysson B. Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Jersey City Municipal Court. Mr. Rodriguez was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Rodriguez was transported and released to members of the Jersey City Police Department.

3. On September 28th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 40-year-old Josue M. Molina-Alvarado of Secaucus, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Molina-Alvarado was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Molina-Alvarado was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released into the custody of a responsible adult.

The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
