On August 8th, 2024, at approximately 12:41PM, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the area of Bergenline Avenue and 70th Street, after receiving a report of a fight. Upon their arrival, officers observed the victim, who had sustained injuries to his head and face. At that time, officers also observed a male begin to walk away from the scene.
