On July 16, 2024, during late night hours, Millburn responded to Doubletake on Rt 124, on an activated commercial burglar alarm. While Officers were conducting a premise check of the business, they came across evidence that someone had forced entry into the business. The investigation revealed that the actors stole multiple items from the store and fled. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On July 16, 2024, during late night hours, Millburn responded to Short Hills Pharmacy, on an activated commercial burglar alarm. While Officers were conducting a premise check of the business, they came across evidence that someone had forced entry into the business. The actors stole multiple items from the store and fled. This incident remains under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On July 17, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Crawn stopped a 2023 Moped on Millburn Ave for having no license plate. The driver Gene Guyvintz, age 28, of Newark, could not provide a driver’s license or proof of insurance for the vehicle. This investigation revealed that the Moped was stolen out of New York City. Guyvintz was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and multiple MV violations.

On July 17, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Sweeney responded to Alpha Fit Club on rt 124 on a report of a burglary to a vehicle. The owner reported that he parked his Jeep, with the convertible top down in the parking lot, while he went to work out. During this time, an unknown male suspect entered the vehicle and stole some items. This incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On July 17, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Sunglass Hut at the Short Hills Mall on a report of a theft that just occurred. Sunglass Hut associate reported that Diana Marquina, age 39, of Newark, concealed $1965.00.00 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. She was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On July 18, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Nordstrom’s at the Short Hills Mall on a report of a theft that just occurred. Nordstrom associate reported that Krishna Patel, age 25, of Parsippany, concealed $649.00 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. She was placed under arrest, and charged with shoplifting.

On July 19, 2024, During the overnight hours, Millburn Township experienced a commercial burglary at Benihana restaurant on rt 124. The suspect(s) forced entry through a glass door. This Incident is being investigated by The Millburn Detective Bureau.

On July 19, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Macy's at the Short Hills Mall on a report of a theft that just occurred. Macy's associate reported that Timika Thomas, age 43, of Paterson, concealed $647.00 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. She was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On July 23, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Barrett responded to a Wyoming Ave residence on a report of theft of a motor vehicle. The owner reported that his unlocked BMW 530 was stolen from his driveway and that the keys had been left in the vehicle. This incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On July 28, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Sephora in the Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Sephora associate reported that Mariami Jimshitashvili, age 33, of Brooklyn NY, concealed $265.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On July 24, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Bagels 4 U on a report of a burglary to a MV. The vehicle owner stated while he was in the store, he observed a male suspect enter his 2018 Porsche Panamera and steal an item. The suspect then entered an awaiting vehicle and fled the area.

On July 25, 2024, Millburn Police responded to the Short Hills Mall on a report of a customer who had her Purse stolen from the back of a chair. The investigation led to the arrest of Scheretta Hester, age 58, of Montclair. She was charged with theft of movable property.

On July 26, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Nordstrom’s in the Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Nordstrom’s associate reported that Argenis Martinez, age 30, of Philadelphia PA, concealed $128.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On July 30, 2024, Millburn Police Officer Nacim stopped and checked on a 2019 Mercedes CLA on Millburn Ave stopped in a lane of traffic, without hazard lights on. The investigation led to the arrest of Denise Brown, age 46, of Bloomfield for suspected DWI. Brown was charged with DWI and released to an acquaintance.

On July 30, 2024, Millburn Police responded to a Parkview Drive residence on a report of a burglary of a MV in progress. The homeowner stated he saw a male suspect in his unlocked 2023 Acura MDX, the suspect then exited the vehicle and walked down the street. Millburn Police located a suspect matching the description. Nasir Johnson, age 23, of Newark was placed under arrest for warrants out of Elizabeth and Springfield.

On August 2, 2024, Millburn Police responded to Gucci in the Short Hills on a report of theft that just occurred. Gucci associate reported that Rahkmann Green, age 27, of Orange, concealed $3,470.00 of merchandise and left the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting.

On August 3, 2024, Millburn Police responded to a Cypress St residence on a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. The resident reported that an unknown male actor entered her unlocked Audi Q5. Nothing was taken. The actor then fled the area in a stolen BMW out of Newark. This incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On August 3, 2024, Millburn Police located a stolen vehicle parked in parking lot E at Short Hills Mall. The vehicle was stolen out of Virginia. The officers were able to locate the operator of the stolen vehicle inside the mall. Lot Robles, age 27, of Manhattan NY, was placed under arrest. He was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and shoplifting.


These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
