1. On July 29th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 45-year-old Eladio Vasquez-Santiago of Hackensack, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. VasquezSantiago was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Vasquez-Santiago was issued various summonses for traffic violations and then released to the custody of a responsible adult.

2. On July 29th, 2024, the North Bergen Police Department contacted our agency, informing us that they had a male in their custody, with an active warrant issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. Shortly after, 55-year-old Segundo M. Peralta of Garfield, NJ, was transported to the Guttenberg Police Department and transferred into our custody. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Peralta was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance with the Guttenberg Municipal Court.

3. On July 31st, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 53-year-old Trina J. Coley of Hackensack, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. During her arrest, officers recovered a small clear pipe with a black and white powder residue, believed to be crack cocaine. Ms. Coley was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing, where she was also charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Coley was issued her complaints summons, various summonses for traffic violations, and then released into the custody of Palisades Medical Center staff.

4. On August 1st, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau arrested 23-year-old Jonathan M. Catala Jr. of Manchester Township, NJ, after discovering he had an active warrant, issued by the Elizabeth Municipal Court. Mr. Catala Jr. was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Catala Jr. was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance with the Elizabeth Municipal Court.
