Harrison Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

On July 12, 2024, Sgt. Silva and Sgt. Sackerman encountered a heavily intoxicated male exposing his genitals in public. The man was extremely uncooperative and began yelling at officers who were trying to help him get home safely. The male party continued to act belligerent and at one point lunged at the officers in a threatening manner. Officer Delgado and Officer Yamuca assisted in placing the man under arrest. Johan Ortega, 33 of Harrison was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Lewdness. He was processed and released on a complaint summons.
