Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 10/08/2019 at 11:55 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting incident where the actors involved were attempting to flee the area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26 year old female, Shamina Burton of the Bronx, NY, along with a 28 year old female, Tiffany Rodriguez of the Bronx, NY and a 26 year old female, Emily Pizzaro of the Bronx, NY for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)] and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2A(1)]. Ms. Burton was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)], Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(5) (A)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Eluding [2C:29-2B] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. Ms. Burton was issued her complaint warrant along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was transported to the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Pizzaro were issued their complaint warrants and were transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 10/09/2019 at 9:12 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30 year old male, Alejandro Perez of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Little Falls, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Perez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 10/09/2019 at 1:26 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Newark Penn Station to take into custody a 23 year old male, Kevin Evans of Trenton, NJ for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Secaucus Municipal Court did release Mr. Evans on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody.

On 10/10/2019 at 9:11 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Markise Dawson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $800.00. Mr. Dawson was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. The Clifton Police Department did release Mr. Dawson on his own recognizance. Mr. Dawson was served his complaint summons and he was released from police custody.

On 10/10/2019 at 5:23 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Newark Police Department to take custody of a 24 year old male, Tazmere Montague of North Hampton, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Montague was able to post the bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.

On 10/11/2019 at 9:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 20 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male, Krunal Ahir of Belleville, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Ahir was served a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 10/12/2019 at 8:25 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Sams Club parking lot located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a male exposing himself and masturbating next to a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Glenn Wilson of Irvington, NJ for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)]. Mr. Wilson was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
