Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.
On 09/30/2019 at 11:27 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Andre Diggs of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $75.00. Mr. Diggs was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 10/01/2019 at 12:26 AM, Secaucus Police received a hit for a stolen motor vehicle for a parked motor vehicle inside the Walmart parking lot located at 400 Park Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old female, Yannira Danos of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Ms. Danos was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 10/03/2019 at 3:35 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Manchester Township Police Department to take into custody a 29 year old male, Anthony Joyce of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Joyce was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/03/2019 at 2:39 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Courtyard Marriot located at 455 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a disturbance involving guests of the hotel. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Richard Rivera of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. The police also arrested a 30 year old female, Michelle Romanescu of Jamaica Estates, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Romanescu was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody. The Saddle Brook Police Department did release Mr. Rivera on his own recognizance for the outstanding warrant issued out of their agency. Officer’s from the Union City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Rivera for transport back to their agency.
On 10/03/2019 at 7:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Linden Police Department to take into custody a 22 year old male, Hansel Balanta-Hidalgo of Elizabeth, NJ for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. The Secaucus Police Department did release Mr. Hansel-Balanta on his own recognizance and he was released from police custody.
On 10/04/2019 at 3:44 AM, Officer’s from the Montclair State Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 26 year old male, Asif Henry of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Henry was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/04/2019 at 9:48 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take custody of a 29 year old male, Bryan Bruce of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Bruce was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/04/2019 at 4:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Route 3 East Bridge on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Leslie, Garrison of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Officer’s from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Leslie for transport to their authority.
On 10/04/2019 at 11:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Parsippany Police Department to take custody of a 21 year old male, Shadeed Murphy-Walker of Atlanta, GA for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Murphy-Walker was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/05/2019 at 9:15 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Nicholas Texidor of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Texidor was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 10/06/2019 at 4:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Clifton Police Department to take custody of a 31 year old female, Stephanie Nunez of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Ms. Nunez was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
