Saddle Brook Man Charged With Lewdness

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 91-year-old JOHN URSO of Saddle Brook, NJ on lewdness charges. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Saddle Brook Police Department under the direction of Officer-in-Charge Captain John A. Zotollo.

On Thursday, April 11, 2024, the Saddle Brook Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding alleged lewd acts that were observed by multiple juveniles in Saddle Brook, NJ. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office revealed that JOHN URSO exposed himself to these juveniles.

As a result of the investigation, on Thursday, April 11, 2024, JOHN URSO was arrested in Saddle Brook, NJ and charged with three counts of fourth-degree lewdness, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-4(b)(1). URSO was remanded to the Bergen County Jail for a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations, and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He would like to thank the Saddle Brook Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
