Hello. This is Mayor Mark Zinna with a Friday news update.

This weekend, come out to the Tenafly Middle School as they proudly present Bye, Bye Birdie. Performances will be tonight, March 22nd, Saturday, March 23rd and Sunday, March 24th. You can purchase tickets on the TMS School website under their News & Announcements section.

This Monday, March 25th at 10:30 am, the Tenafly Library Friends are excited to present an art lecture by educator, Janet Mandel. She will be lecturing on women Impressionist painters, Mary Cassatt and Berthe Morisot in honor of Women's History Month. It will be held in-person in the Friends room at the library. Pre-registration is required. Visit the library website for details.

When school is out, your child can keep learning and have fun too at the Nature Center's Spring Break Camp! Children will explore TNC's woods and trails, make crafts, share stories and play games while learning about the environment. The last day to register is Monday, March 25th at tenaflynaturecenter.org

The Senior Center is sponsoring a trip to Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster on April 23 to 24. Call the Center to register and to find out details about other trips throughout the year.

Last call! The Bunny Brigade is coming to town! Visit with the Bunny on Wednesday, March 27th, registration is open on Community Pass.

Tenafly Recreation is still accepting applications for Summer Camp Staff ages 16 and up. Contact the Recreation office for more information.

The Recreation Program Guide and registration for Spring and Summer sports and events is available. Visit the Borough website under Parks & Recreation for details.

The Jersey Boyz collection drive for used Tenafly recreation jerseys and uniforms is underway through the end of March. They are collecting all sizes of Tenafly jerseys and uniforms from all recreation, club and travel team sports for kids in need. The drop off bin is located at 61 Elm Street in Tenafly.

Save the date! May 4 is the Tenafly Spring Fling. This exciting community event will host 60 plus vendors featuring plants, flowers, jewelry, clothing, candles, flowers, artwork and more. Plenty to eat with food trucks offering fabulous menus. Face painting, live music, a carousel and art activities. It will be a fun day for the entire community.
