1. On February 5th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 34-year-old Alvarado S. Cameya-Janel of Weehawken, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. CameyaJanel was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his
arrest processing, Mr. Cameya-Janel was issued numerous summons for traffic violations and then released to the
custody of a responsible adult.
2. On February 9th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 59-year-old David H. Rosario of North Bergen, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Rosario was then
transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. Rosario was issued numerous summons for traffic violations and then released to the custody of a
responsible adult.
3. On February 10th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the area of 68th
Street and Polk Street for a reported motor vehicle accident. During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 23-
year-old Walter A. Xocop-Gonzalez of Union City, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Xocop-Gonzalez was
then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. Xocop-Gonzalez was issued numerous summons for traffic violations and then released to the custody of
a responsible adult.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven
guilty in a court of law.
