Guttenberg Police Blotter - January 1st, 2024 to January 7th, 2024

1. On January 1st, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 38-year-old Deivi Arias of Paterson, NJ, after discovering he had multiple active warrants for his arrest. Mr. Arias was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Arias was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearances with the Totowa, Montville, and Pompton Lakes Municipal Courts.

2. On January 1st, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 31-year-old Randy N. Luciano-Deleon of West New York, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. During their on-scene investigation, officers also discovered that Mr. Luciano-Deleon had two active criminal warrants from the Hamilton and Seaside Heights Municipal Courts. Mr. Luciano-Deleon was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Luciano-Deleon was issued multiple traffic summons and then turned over to the custody of officers from the Hamilton Police Department.

3. On January 2nd, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 29-year-old Anita G. Inamagua of Hackensack, NJ, after discovering that she had an active warrant issued by the North Bergen Municipal Court while assisting her with a tow release. Ms. Inamagua was processed inside the Guttenberg Police Department, then transported to the North Bergen Police Department and transferred to their custody.

4. On January 4th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 51-year-old Jesus Aguirre of Union City, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Aguirre was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Aguirre was issued multiple traffic summons and then released into the custody of a responsible adult.

5. On January 4th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the intersection of Ferry Road and River Road for a motor vehicle accident. During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 42-yearold Alexander L. Alum of Puerto Rico for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Alum was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Alum was issued multiple traffic summons and then released to the custody of a responsible adult.
