Bronx, NY Man Pleads Guilty to Armed Robbery In 2022 Fair Lawn Armed Home Invasion

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced that on December 18, 2023, DOMINICK MEMOLI of Bronx, New York pled guilty to armed robbery in connection with an armed home invasion that occurred on November 17, 2022 in Fair Lawn, NJ.

On November 17, 2022, MEMOLI and five other individuals conspired to commit an armed robbery of a residence at 0-09 28th Street in Fair Lawn. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad and the Fair Lawn Police Department revealed that during the armed robbery, two of the individuals posed as law enforcement officers to gain entry to the victim’s residence, where they brandished a handgun and zip-tied the victims’ wrists. MEMOLI acted as a lookout and participated in the planning of the armed robbery.

On December 18, 2023, DOMINICK MEMOLI pled guilty to first-degree armed robbery, N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1a(1). Sentencing is scheduled for February 9, 2024 before the Honorable Nina C. Remson, J.S.C. The State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Justin Blasi and was assisted by Detective Alaric Tucker of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad.
