Shooting In the Area of Gregory Ave and Madison St

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announce that at approximately 7:41 p.m. on April 4, 2023, members of the Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Gregory Avenue and Madison Street in Passaic, New Jersey on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, police located a potential crime scene and a 26-year-old Passaic resident, 22-year-old Passaic resident, and a 15-year-old juvenile all suffering from nonfatal gunshot wounds. Aid was immediately rendered to the victims, and they were each transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey for treatment.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.
