Hudson Regional Health Commission will temporarily be offering the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine at the USS Juneau Center, located at 110 Hackensack Avenue in Kearny. This vaccine is a two-dose series. You will automatically be scheduled for your second dose 28 days after the first. Please be advised masks are required for entry into the vaccination center.
The following criteria must be met in order to receive the vaccine:
- Individuals that attended an event where known monkeypox exposure occurred within the past 14 days
- Individuals that identify as gay, bisexual, or men who have sex with men (MSM), and/or transgender, gender non-conforming, or gender non-binary and who have a history of multiple or anonymous sexual partners within the past 14 days
All individuals receiving the vaccine will be required to fill out this
Consent Form. Please complete the consent form in advance and bring it with you if possible.
Individuals under 18 years of age need an accompanying parent or guardian along with a note from a physician stating approval to receive the vaccine. Print and sign the
Parental Consent Form.
